We were retained by our client to completely renovate this townhouse in an exclusive riverside development in Marlow. The scope of works involved:

Stripping existing property back to the blockwork structure, including all flooring and existing plumbing/electrics.
Removal of the roof structure.
Erect an external scaffolding, including tin hat.
Create new roof structure to include additional floor. This also included the addition of 2 velux cabrio balcony windows.
Create a new lift shaft running from the ground floor to the new top floor and installation of lift.
New plumbing and electrics including complete bathroom refurbishment and smart home system. For the bathrooms we fitted large marble slabs for the feature walls and porcelain tiles for the bathroom floors.
New wood flooring all areas (except for the bathrooms).
New Kitchen.
Bespoke Joinery for Living room and bedrooms.
Formation of outdoor space including planters, outdoor seating area and fencing.
